"Pretty good overall for a budget apartment and many transportation options. Laundry on every floor and great location to all the MBTA lines. Big downside it is very loud: Emerson kids yelling across the street by the bars, after sports game cars honking late at night, many protests that can be loud with banging drums, overall congestion with tourism. No pests which is good. Right next to Chinatown food and grocery store (Jia Ho)"
