Tenant Matching Early Access: When you join the tenant matching early access list, we collect your email address so we can notify you about launch and waitlist updates. This email is not connected to anonymous rent reports and is not sold or shared.

We use the information collected to aggregate regional rent statistics, display public housing data geographically, establish market trends across Boston, and generate data-driven insights to help renters make informed decisions.

BostonHome uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand general usage patterns such as page views and visit duration. This service collects anonymized, aggregated data and does not use cookies for tracking. No personal data is stored or shared through our analytics.

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including Mapbox (interactive maps), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Gemini (AI-assisted insight generation), and Resend (email delivery). Anonymous rent report data is retained indefinitely to support long-term market trend analysis. Feature request submissions are retained as long as needed to address the feedback. Tenant matching early access emails are retained for launch and waitlist communication unless you request removal. You may request removal of any data you have submitted by contacting us.
