"The house the good, and maintenance is okay, now they have improved to respond faster. Now we are moving out from this house due to 2 reasons: 1. The building is oil based heating and it requires to fill the oil for every 45 days which costs 1k to 1.2k every fill based on the oil price, and we had to do it thrice to survive the winter which is really expensive. And second thing is they increased the rent to 15% for the next term which is insane, we tried negotiating but no luck, and we found the better house for the same price in the same area. All is all if you are with heating oil price and next term rent increase then this is a good house."
